Moreover, we require that they be periodically recertified to stay on top of the rapidly changing landscape of the wireless industry. When possible, our team also sees it as their responsibility to help make you an expert.
2. You have the right to begin using your purchase on the way out the door.
Don't let your smartphone be smarter than you. We're here to make sure that you know how to use your new purchase before you leave the store.
3. You have the right to save money.
Take a minute to complete a free rate plan/bill analysis. Whether you're an Intouch Customer or not, we'll take the time to review your current usage against your plan and services. With hundreds of plan and features combinations it is crucial that you are on a custom tailored plan that suits your individual needs. Whether we're the lowest or the highest, you have the right to know.
4. You have the right to keep your number.
All wireless carriers now support the ability to bring your phone number with you when you switch carriers.This has recently been extended to cover home phone numbers. Before this change, many customers were hesitant to shut off their home phones because they had used the number for so long.
