In Store Return Policy If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Intouch Wireless will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 14 days. Handsets sold with cellular service can be returned in accordance with carrier mandated return period. All OEM warranty coverage and any carrier warranty on equipment without limitation to handset is deemed to be null and void if customer agrees to undertake exterior, and, or interior alteration, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment. Intouch Wireless, and, or its employee would not be held responsible for it.
The following exceptions apply:
• Water damaged or physically damaged phones are non refundable.
• Prepaid phones are non refundable unless defective.
• Phones sold without activation , special edition phones, special ordered unlocked phones can only be exchanged or returned for store credit unless defective.
Your original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. All returns must be in like new condition with uncut packaging and include all original contents. We assume no responsibility to cancel your service.
On all BOGO transactions: BOGO's are only available at time of original purchase. Refunds will only be honored if both handsets are returned.
Refund Method-Refunds will be issued in the original payment type. Exceptions: All cash/check sales will be refunded in the form of a check within 10 business days of return.
Absolutely No Cash Refunds at the Store Level. Security deposits taken by the carrier will be refunded directly by them at their terms. |
